Richard Rieth

Richard Rieth

Richard brings a well-rounded and unique perspective to RJA that is grounded in his ability to blend institutional goals with market conditions. He has engaged in every aspect of real estate, including valuation of existing assets, renovations of underperforming facilities, and the planning and development of new projects through P3 and self-financed structures. His background and understanding of strategic objectives, economic realities, and ongoing operations allow him to provide insight that can be relied upon while positioning projects for short- and long-term success.

Prior to co-founding RJA, Richard advised more than 40 institutional partners – predominately colleges, universities, and municipalities – to help them achieve their strategic and financial goals through their built environments. Working through initial market and demand assessments, economic modeling, analysis of capital markets opportunities, transaction structuring, and selection of strategic partners, the total value of projects planned and implemented by his clients exceeds $4 billion.

Richard is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, specializing in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Outside of work, Richard enjoys playing tennis, working on home renovation projects, and spending time with his wife, Casey.

Wilson Jones

Wilson Jones

Wilson develops and implements sustainable solutions that solve the complex financial and real estate challenges that face RJA’s mission-driven institutional partners. Throughout his career, Wilson has led comprehensive advisory, planning, and implementation efforts for 50+ institutional partners on 100+ projects across the country. Wilson creates viable execution plans that maximize both the short-term and long-term value for his clients based on the multifaceted challenges they face.

Prior to co-founding RJA, Wilson provided facility planning and development advisory services for higher ed and municipal clients throughout the southeast that included all quality-of-life facility types and transaction structures. Additionally, Wilson worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Sports Finance and Advisory group as well as the commercial real estate underwriting team.

Wilson is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler undergraduate business school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Wilson enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the West Coast with his wife, Anna, his daughter, Etta, and their yellow lab, Birdie.

Eric Bram

Eric Bram

Through Eric’s client management and leadership skills, he transforms abstract ideas or initial plans of a client’s desired quality-of-life services such as housing, recreation, union, dining, athletics, and campus edge projects into tangible solutions. He leads our partners through a customized decision-making process to unveil opportunities that most efficiently and effectively achieve the desired targeted outcome. During his career, Eric’s leadership and coordination has resulted in the advancement of more than $2 billion in capital projects for nearly 40 institutional partners.

Prior to joining RJA, Eric served as a project manager for a national planning and program management firm. In this role, Eric helped his institutional partners carefully navigate complex physical and financial challenges to create customized, long-term solutions that advance their strategic priorities. Responding to unique environments and questions facing each client, he collaborated with stakeholders to develop plans that are well-positioned to receive required approvals and are implementable per internal and external governing bodies. Eric is well-versed in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, public-private partnership delivery analysis, documentation, and presentation of complex solutions into synthesized and digestible chunks of information.

Eric received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and went on to secure a master’s degree at Clemson University, where he specialized in Economics and City and Regional Planning. Outside of work, Eric enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and their son, Cooper.

Brooks Pierce

Brooks Pierce

Brooks brings a unique blend of deep capital markets expertise alongside an innate ability to build high performing teams to deliver end-to-end tailored solutions for our institutional partners and stakeholders. With deep experience in client management, Brooks partners with our clients to provide transformational solutions that balance client needs with market realities.

Brooks began his professional career at Ernst & Young (EY) where he assisted with the build-out of their financial services management consulting practice. He spent the majority of his time at EY in the Banking, Capital Markets and Private Equity sectors advising both public and private clients on some of their most complex business challenges. With deep experience in finance and asset management, he has advised some of the world’s largest institutions on critical topics such as business strategy and operations, market research and due diligence, asset and performance optimization, financial modeling, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Prior to EY, Brooks worked for a real estate developer and was responsible for designing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Brooks earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business and earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Outside of work, Brooks enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors with his wife, Brooke, and their bernedoodle, Luna.

Kurt Meadows

Kurt Meadows

Kurt adds a distinctive skill set to RJA after spending the first decade of his career focused on strategic planning, dispositions and acquisitions, and project management. Whether planning and executing a utilities P3 transaction or creating valuation and disposition strategies for his clients, Kurt’s experience on the private side adds value to RJA’s institutional partners. Kurt ensures that our team and partners have the necessary information required to make confident capital project decisions.

Prior to joining RJA, Kurt worked for both Duke Energy and JLL where he developed detailed financials, execution plans, and future-state analyses for the real estate portfolios of Fortune 150 companies in both growth and contraction stages. As changing real estate portfolios affect surrounding communities, Kurt focused on developing partnerships and strengthening relationships with local governments, businesses, and citizen groups to enhance perception and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for each project.

Kurt is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. Outside of work, Kurt enjoys exploring the Blue Ridge mountains with his wife, Jill, and their German Short-Haired Pointer, Remy.

Jackie Walborn

Jackie Walborn

Jackie brings a diverse background to RJA that spans serving as a real estate project design and construction assistant, working as a commercial real estate tenant representative, and co-founding an E-Commerce start-up. This unique blend of skills provides Jackie with a distinct vantage point to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions for our institutional partners.

Jackie is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and minor in Architecture. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys staying up to date on the latest trends in the art and architecture world as well as practicing yoga.

Jackie Walborn

Anthony Sikora

Anthony leverages his extensive building design and construction expertise to guide institutional partners through project development, from pre-design through occupancy and operation.

His technical knowledge and management experience generates the maximum value of capital expenditures. In addition, his people-first, consensus-driven approach to project delivery and management has resulted in long-lasting partnerships. Throughout his career, Anthony has managed dozens of large-scale capital programs in excess of $600 million.

Prior to joining RJA, Anthony spent nearly a decade at a global architecture and engineering firm, leading complex multidisciplinary design teams with a “one-team” approach to each project. He values the student experience and understands that each project brings opportunities to provide environments to foster learning, living and growth. His teams have consistently collaborated with institutional partners to provide the best opportunities to all stakeholders.

Anthony is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP BD+C). He earned a Master of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University’s College of Architecture + Design. Outside of work, Anthony and his wife Rachel enjoy fishing, camping, and golfing and traveling with their son, Henry.
